Grilled and Smoked food needs to be prepped prior to arrival and cooked on site. cooking must be completed by 5pm. food prep is recommended to be completed prior to arrival. site can be accessed starting at 1pm June 28th. Sides can be cooked off-site.
Grill, Smoker, Cooking device needs to be provided by participant. Tables and chairs are supplied, a Tent is recommended.
You can participate in 1 or all of the categories. Must provide enough food for 5 judges.
Trophies and Prizes will be given to the best dish in each category, 2nd and 3rd place medals will be provided. food will be judged based on Taste, Appearance and Creativity.
