TRAIL INFO:
All distances are in the active training area of US Army Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. The desert trail offers an abundance of elevation changes with rocky, soft sand, and desert ground terrain. The course is primarily single track trail with some connecting dirt roads. Part of the trail follows wild mustang trails and views of golden eagles nests along the route. It's not uncommon to see wild mustang, antelope and more wildlife throughout the run.

BIB ASSIGNMENTS:
Participants will be receiving 1 email during race week. During Race week, final race instructions will be sent with bib number assignments. You will need to know this number when picking up your bib and shirt.

FINISHER MEDALS:
Large commemorative medals will be awarded to all finishers of the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon.

TECH SHIRT:
The first 150 registrants will receive the official event technical shirt.

OFFICIAL EVENT APPAREL:
Official merchandise can be purchased online during the registration process and can be picked up at any of the bib pick up times.

ARRIVAL:
Please plan to arrive no later than 8:00am.

HOTEL:
Dugway IHG Army Hotel offers limited space for an on post experience. Reserve your room today!

CAMPING:
Overnight FREE tent camping provided to race participants and their families. Port O Potties will be provided nearest to the campsites.

SHOWERS:
Shocklee Fitness Center offers FREE showers, located only 1 minute away from the Camping area.

RACE PARKING:
Parking is provided by the entrance to the start/finish line. Primarily gravel, parking is Free to participants and families.

SECURITY:
ALL participants & spectators coming from off base will be screened by security at the gate of Dugway Proving Ground to gain access to the Start/Finish. Runners should plan for extra time on race day morning to navigate through security checkpoints and into the start area. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the venue map (will be provided at a later date).

COURSE:


AID STATIONS:
There are 4 Aid Stations in the Half Marathon, 2 Aid Stations in the 10 Miler and 1 Aid Stations in the 5 Miler. #1 Aid Station will be located at the entrance to the race. Aid stations will include water and Aid assistance.

MEDICAL:
A significant amount of medical resources are devoted to the health and safety of our participants. Treatment and medical services will be provided by our local medical team.

BATHROOMS:
Port-o-potties will be inside and outside of the secure area near the Start/Finish line.

TIME LIMITS:
There is a 3 hour time cut-off for the Half Marathon.

START CORRALS:
Staging time for participants will begin at 8:00am for the Half Marathon (8:30am start), 8:35am for the 10 Miler (9:00am start) and 9:05am for the 5 Miler (9:30am start). Participants will stage at the start/finish line banner.

RESULTS:
Live online results will be published upon finishing the race. These will be coordinated with digital timers attached to your race bib.

RACE PHOTOS:
Pictures will be provided 3-5 business days after the event on our Facebook page.

DOGS:

STROLLERS, BIKES, WAGONS, SKATES:
Due to the type of terrain - strollers, bikes, wagons or skates are not permitted in the event.

INSTALLATION ENTRANCE INFO:
Since Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) is a U.S. Army military installation, any person who has an outstanding arrest warrant, record of felony conviction, or any other information that might create a security risk on DPG) may be excluded from DPG and not allowed to enter and race.
